Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not to your liking or are incorrectly sized.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for damages incurred during shipping by the courier (USA Post, UPS, Canpar, CanadaPost, FedEx, etc.).

We also cannot issue refunds if you are unable to install the part yourself or if the installation is not done correctly. We strongly recommend professional installation for all our products.

Upon approval of a return, the total refund amount will be the purchase price minus the shipping costs for both ways. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs incurred by the courier (USA Post, UPS, Canpar, CanadaPost, FedEx, etc.) for delivering an item to a customer.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Any product that has been modified, damaged, painted, or installed
  • Carbon fiber products
  • Final sale or discontinued items
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Custom special orders

Return Process

To initiate a return, we require proof of purchase and photos of the product. Once the return is approved, the product must be shipped back to our facility at your expense. We do not provide shipping labels, duties, or taxes. Your refund will be processed using the original payment method once we receive the product and complete our inspection.

For in-store purchases, proof of purchase is required to begin the return process.

Please Note:

We are not responsible for defects or damages resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria. Orders returned for reasons unrelated to manufacturer defects will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
