As soon as your order is shipped, we will promptly send you an email containing your unique order tracking information. This allows you to conveniently monitor the delivery status of your order directly via the courier’s website.

It’s important to note that if your order consists of multiple products, they may be dispatched in separate packages for optimal handling. Each package will be assigned its own unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the online tracking information to be updated after the shipment has been processed.

Warehouse Locations and Shipping

We operate warehouses in both the USA and Canada to better serve our customers. The location from which your order is shipped is determined by the availability of the product in our warehouses. If a product is shipped from our Canadian warehouse to a location in the USA, the customer will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and additional shipping costs.

Duties and Taxes

Canada

By placing an order, and in the event that the product is not available in our Canadian warehouse and is being shipped from the USA, the customer will be responsible for any duties and additional shipping costs. Orders placed within Canada will be subject to federal and provincial sales taxes. The tax rate varies depending on the province to which the order is shipped. Since all orders are dispatched from within Canada from our Canadian warehouse, no duties will be charged upon delivery to Canadian destinations.

United States

By placing an order, and in the event that the product is not available in our USA warehouse and is being shipped from Canada, you acknowledge that the sale takes place outside the United States and that the product is imported for personal use. You also acknowledge that your order will be imported into the United States in compliance with necessary customs requirements, with you listed as the importer by US Customs and Border Protection.

You authorize us to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single noncommercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the terms outlined by US Customs and Border Protection. For orders exceeding $3000 or requiring formal entry, the carrier/customs broker may file the customs entry on your behalf.

Shipping Damages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the courier. If your package incurs any damage during transit, please contact the courier directly. The courier’s contact information can be found in the email sent to you when your order was shipped.
